CLUB MEMBERSHIP
 
 
  1. Determine membership goal for the year
  2. Develop and implement a formal induction program for the club

  6. Ensure diversity in membership through planned recruitment
  7. Implement an orientation plan for new members
  8. Create a brochure in coordination with Public Relations Committee for prospective members
  9. Assign a mentor to all new members and ensure that the mentorship program is operating successfully
  10. Recognise members who sponsor new members
  11. Encourage members to join Rotary fellowship or Rotary action group
  12. Sponsor a rotaract / interact club
  13. Reviewing the classification and attempting to induct members from underrepresented classification
  14. Conducting a classification survey

CLUB PUBLIC RELATIONS 

  1. Identifying Club public relations goal
  2. Familiarising club members, media and general public about club activities
  3. Identifying ways and means to get media attention in club service projects
  4. Conducting media campaigns
  5. Planning public relations efforts for all service projects
  6. Conduct a public relations program targeted at business and professional community on rotary and the club
  7. Arrange for a public service announcement to be broadcast on a local television channel
  8. Planning a campaign on polio plus
  9. Collaborate with neighbouring clubs and different clubs of the district.
  10. Increase membership through PR campaign.
CLUB SERVICE PROJECTS
  
  
  1. Identify service projects for the club
  2. Review and plan for clubs current and ongoing service projects and confirm that they meet a need and are of interest to club members
  3. Assess the clubs fundraising activities and determine if they meet the project funding needs
  4. Involve all members in club service projects
  5. Conduct a needs assessment of the community
  6. Recognise club members who participate in and provide leadership to the clubs service projects
  7. Identify a partner club with which to carry out an international projects
  8. Participate in formation of rotaract/interact
  9. Participation in RCC for projects
  10. Participate in RYLA
  11. Participate in sending Rotary volunteers
  12. Use a grant from rotary international in club project
CLUB ROTARY FOUNDATION
 
 
  1. Identifying club foundation goals for the coming year
  2. Educating club members about the foundation
  3. Encouraging club members in participating in foundation program
  4. Communicating the foundation goals of the district and the TRF
  5. Plan a club program on TRF every quarter
  6. Include a brief story on TRF in every RWM
  7. Ensure that club committee chairman attends district foundation seminar
  8. Use Rotary foundation grants in international projects
  9. Recognise club members financial contributions to the Rotary Foundation and their participation in foundation programs.
  10. Encourage each club member to contribute to the Foundation every year
  11.  Participate in GSE
  12.  Participate in Matching Grants projects
  13.  Participate in other foundation projects
  14.  Invite Foundation Program participants to club
  15. Participate in Polio Plus program

CLUB POLIO ERADICATION

  1. Participate in all NID/SNID in our designated ward.
  2. Ensure at least $1000 contribution in Polio Plus program
  3. Discuss the topic of Polio Eradication in one RWM.
  4. Ensure club members remain aware about the progress of the Polio Eradication program
  5. Interact with District Polio Plus Committee Chair for participation in Dist. Event.
